About the Journal

Collective and Individual Decisions (formerly Decyzje) is dedicated to advancing the study of decision making across both collective and individual contexts in the economy and society. The journal focuses on two primary types of decisions: economic decisions (made by entrepreneurs, investors, consumers, public sector decision-makers, etc.) and social decisions (made by voters, collective bodies, legislative assemblies, etc.). These decisions, while often addressing specific issues, are always examined through rigorous theoretical frameworks and methodological approaches.

The editorial team, composed of experts from diverse academic institutions, aims to foster interdisciplinary research that bridges the gaps between decision theory, behavioral economics, psychology, and game theory. The journal provides a platform for scholars interested in exploring the complexities of decision making in these fields, inviting contributions that contribute to a deeper understanding of the social, economic, and psychological aspects of choice.

We encourage researchers, particularly those engaged in decision psychology, experimental economics, and social choice theory, to submit their manuscripts. By doing so, Collective and Individual Decisions aspires to strengthen the research community dedicated to analyzing the processes and dynamics behind decisions that shape our economy and society.
